1 cheat meal every two weeks ?

I used to have one cheat meal each week for more than 1 year.

Do you think I should switch to 1 cheat meal every two weeks to get more leanness ?

I'm pretty skinny, fit, but maybe I could get easily to an even lower Bodyfat

I like to get to an anime-character level facial leanness. Maybe 1 cheat meal a week is too much. I gain like 1 kilo at each cheat day

Cope. You need to eat around 10,000 calories to gain a kg that day

I really gain 1 kg sometimes, but it's also because of water weight because I eat more salt/sugar these days

I'm not lying

I also have antipsychotic that slow downs my metabolism so I gain weight faster
 
If you need cheat meals it means that your diet is shit

tbh I changed my diet lately and I feel now I'm not even forced to have 1 cheat meal a week, maybe 1 cheat meal every two weeks could be sustainable easily for me, and I'll be able to get to a low bf more easily
 
i have a cheat meal every other day
 
80/20. 4 clean meals. 1 cheat meal. This is sustainable
 
Cheat meals are for pussies grow some balls and stay commited
