I recently purchased Falim gum and I am seeing some results. I would also like your opinion if you think it is possible for me to get my feet wet in the modeling industry.

OP don’t take any roids or peptides, you’re 15. You’re in the peak of puberty. Ger 8-10 hours of sleep every night. Take Vitamin MK4 pills that have 15 mg of MK4 per pill.

Maintained a balanced HIGH CALORIE HIGH FAT DIET. You will grow with this

10-15 mg zinc
2000-3000 iu vitamine d3
250-400 mg magnesium (you get diarrhea if you get to much of this)
k2 50-100mcg
1-3 mg melatonin before sleep. start with 1mg

optional, you can get some calcium, fishoils, b complex, glucosamine supplements but i wont overdo it.

calcium 400-800mg
omega 3 fish oils 1000mg or something.
b complex from pipingrock or puritans pride
glucosamine 1000-1500mg per day (might increase height by 1-3cm, i got 0,5 cm so far (night height) and i took about a month)
