1st Day of Cutting

I have the same thing. Its possibily due to us being both very fat
Me too, but in both our cases we've never been shredded so I guess we'll find out in time. I also have really really mild gyno in below my right nipple. Doesn't affect my look at all cosmetically and doesn't look like I've gyno at all but there's still a very small gland there. Hoping that won't become a problem as I cut down.
 
Day 28: Did not weight myself but I dont think i was ever this lean

Alright, day 29. Noticed some fat went its own way. Heres me in motion! Might extend another month

Day 30. Weighted myself and weight 87.9
Starting was 92. Good progress!
 
Day 34: Month 1, Day 4

Face got slightly leaner than two weeks ago but not noticable belly area drop. Not much more fat in legs tho

Starting was 92. Good progress!
ur fat loss is pretty slow, put that mcmeal down asap. I lost that amount of weight in 2 days when i started calorie deficit

Dude look at before and after

I look way better now than before also Im liftint and noticed more leg and arms gains as Im still beginner. I prob am down 6 percent bodyfat since start of cut
