Got a call today morning asking if i wanted to do the surgery wednesday afternoon. i didn't even hesitated

As i told before i a had bilateral sagital split osteotomy with CCW + Lefort 1 and i was going to get a sliding genio as well, but doctor wanted to wait to see how i looked. I told him i didnt like my chin as its still recessed that's why i used the beard to conceal so this is my chance.

Do you think the chin advancement let's say 6 mm will help make my face more angular or at least make the nose less prominent? I wanna go conservative so i think the 5 6 mm is fine by me

First pic is from 2015 before the surgeries

Latest 2 are from last year (2nd one) and this year (last one) . Also included first ceph before surgeries


Hope it at least makes the nose less prominent

maybe orbital rim / malar implants, i dont think being bald if i tan and workout as i should is that bad. plus hair implants are a fortune and hair systems feel fake imho.

i had a class II malloclusion and bruxism. had to use a palatal expander for half a year and braces for 5 years, before and after BSSO
