6'3 / 190lbs Mouth breather all my life ,rate me

Bed mites allergy made me always have stuffed nose leading to constant mouth breathing.Undeveloped lower third, hopefully fixable in the future with genio. My cheeks are fat/bloated ,maybe due to high-ish bf (around 20% i think) or just poor bone support. Started growing a beard (2 weeks ago) to "hide" my jaw.
I'm looking for any advice to looksmax rather than rating but oh well.
