make sure all of your calories come from protein and like none from carbs, you will lose fat quick. srs do like a all protein diet with medium fats and low carb w veggies. as for calories, depends, do some cardio and workout atleast 3x a week, hour sesh each atleast. 1000 calorie defecit. fat will melt offSo how many calories should I eat if I wanna lose weight without working out or trying to bulk?
