Starting This When I wake up.

just posting it here so i can monitor weight changes.
 
Should get shredded very fast on that. You're just on 250 test atm right? Probably gonna lose lots of mass on that only. Worth it to get shredded though, with muscle memory and roids you could get any lost mass back in a couple weeks.

Being skinny isnt an achivement lmao
you count calories so you can bulk and cut properly, if you want to be skinny theres no reason to count them

Thermodynamics is also about energy, the energy measure of a food is what calories liteally means

Weighed in at 170lbs, today, I had a ton of sodium day before i started this crash diet.

I had around 1000-1200 Calories Today.
I had a turkey sandwhich and an Iced Cofee. Which adds to about like 800 calories, 30-40 grams of protein.
I then had a shake which is 400 calories, and 60 grams of protein

I went for a 20 Minute run also, might gym later

Supps Taken.
Multi, Zinc, Magnesium, 1.5 Gallons of Water.

800 calories is gonna be rough asf, you should skip breakfast so you can have a bigger lunch/dinner

ya, might get green tea, like a fuck ton and drink it in the morning+fast with yohimbine.

also might get some bronkaid.

i think if i drink 2 iced coffees a day. which is like 400 kcals and the remaining 400 liquid egg whites, i can easily pull it off. only problem is the the caffeine lol. thats 400+ caffeine a day.

harder if your natty cus you lose sex drive/your test levels go to shit etc.

on roids u feel fine but the only prob is appetite supression.

anyway just going this cus i want to get back on cycle asap

Why are you eating bread at that amount of cals tho? you should only be eating lean protein with some fibrous vegetables like some spinach or broccoli just to help the protein digest when eating that little.
 
Day 2: Weight=166.8lbs (prob mostly water, also had 1500 kcals yesteryday, ate something before i slept.)

Today I had will have
Iced Coffee-200 Calories.
Turkey Sandhwich-600ish Calories.
Chicken Breast w Veggies=600 Calories.
Will do 20 Minutes of Cardio Later today to burn off 200 calories.
Total=1200 Calories, 120gs Protein.

Doing 800 Cals is kinda hard atm, Ill have like 1200 this week and lower it gradually.

lmao binged the night before had some carbs but still had sub 2k calories, was so close to eating 1200 cals for the day too.

today, im gunna go get some meat from the grocery store or w.e and see if i can sustain the diet with that

still hard imo. im still losing wiegh which is all that matters.

also still need to get ephedrine/green tea

make sure all of your calories come from protein and like none from carbs, you will lose fat quick. srs do like a all protein diet with medium fats and low carb w veggies. as for calories, depends, do some cardio and workout atleast 3x a week, hour sesh each atleast. 1000 calorie defecit. fat will melt off
