Thigh cramps are twice as bad as calf cramps. Abdominal cramps are twice as bad as Thigh cramps.
I am on my third day of Clenbuterol. And I did 5 sets of Ab exercises at gym today. Turns out Abdominal cramps are common side effect of Clenbuterol. Now I learn!
I had a bad cramp 3 hours ago, thought the muscle was going to burst out of my abdomen. I pushed down hard on it with my hand which seemed to help. Had to hold my hand there for 30 minutes. I am sitting in a chair now afraid to move, else I will trigger a repeat cramp. The area of the cramp still hurts.
