About to put my deposit down on hairline lowering transplant

Not receding just have a big forehead and want to have a NW0 to prettyboymax, but I'm kinda nervous that it's not going to looking natural/not be dense enough in the front. Planning to eventually get a second HT a year after the first for more density as I think that's what you're supposed to do if you want it looking natural right? If any norwoodcels have knowledge please let me know. Am I making a mistake or is this essential to ascension?

If you plan to fill in the slight recession at corners, you aren't making a mistake, but that should take way less than 1200 grafts, more like 600. If you plan to lower your hairline, yes, you are making a mistake and 1200 would look like shit tbh.

The temples look like Pitt when I have it styled up and not pulling my hair back. They're saying I need 1500 grafts now but thanks for the advice, maybe I won't lower completely and will just cover the temples. How was your hairline looking before the transplants?

Legit, my dad has the same hairline as an oldcel and so does my maternal uncle. Had this as long as I could remember and I want to try out hairstyles where I can put my hair back and prettyboymax. I also did genetic testing which said my Norwood chances are slim to none, just got a shit hairline man.

Forehead reduction results look very unnatural to me, even more so than HTs. I plan to conceal the density issue with hair fibers like Toppik after my HT until I get my 2nd transplant for that further density. How many grafts constitutes dense packing?

they look fine to me apart from the scar...and you only have a limited number of grafts for dense packing. also given that the guy performing your surgery has doubts, you probably should cancel the surrgery. i would atleast consult a surgeon that does forehead reduction since the issue is a large forehead and not hairline recession.
