I got mine today and tried them on, and holy fuck, it's 3-3.5 cm increase, so I'm 178 cm in shoes now. With lifts I can claim 180 cm. Big win.

I'll only use them in public, not when I'm going somewhere required to take my shoes off.
Plus, the lifts themselves only give 2 cm, so it's a nice boost but no one will notice when i take them off.
