less invasive above all plus i think it fits my case better since I don't have bad lower maxilla just some midface deficiency

I want to go to Korea for this but I have a surgeon in the US who I hope can replicate this.

premaxillary and paranasal grafts are little used for cosmetic surgeries here.

Premaxillary is given cartilage grafts and paranasal is given gortex or cartilage grafts

For myself I realize I have a lot of forward growth I just have a very “dainty” nose and could use some premaxillary support.

The two examples look great for the limited procedures done.

It won't affect you face at all noticeably I could barely see any results

From a ethnically contextual standpoint they have much forward growth gains, the illusion that it’s not much is due to the lips however their e plane improved dramatically.
