Sure, I guess you could call that boneless, I really don’t know. Get surgery if you want, but your base (from when you were a kid) is good. Not ugly.

The reason you looked better when you were younger is because infantile features make for cute children. You grew up and retained your neotenos features which make for sexually unattractive men. Ideally, you would've developed a masculinized skull. Your jaw was smaller, just more lean, your skin looked better, and your hair was better

17 is not done developing facially, you'll look more masculine in a couple years, but start saving up for your surgeries NOW, some sort of undereye and zygo implant, and either a jaw implant or filler

Also thicker eyebrows and better skin

yeah but you can fix these.

literally lefort 1 + infraorbital implant.

you'll probably need BSSO and maybe some sortof rotation as well along with lf1, so basically bimax. don't do a fuck ton of movement though or you'll end up a chimp.
