Farrrkkk I srsly need to get motivated to get to the gym. My lazy ass is scared and also lazy asf
If you're too high inhib to do it at the gym just do the neck curls with textbooks on your bed

I've been training my neck with a 2kg weight (later 4kg) for 1 month and haven't added significant circumference.
I did 3x30 neck raises, 3x30 neck side raises and 3x30 raising the back of my neck.
I probably need more weight

I train neck literally everyday
I aim for 15 reps for a certain weight and then when I comfortably reach 8 sets of 15 reps I move up by 2.5kg
E.g at first I was on 5kg for the first week
Then after a week when I could do 8x15 I upped it to 7.5 then after a week or 2 to 10kg etc. Sometimes I'd be stuck on a weight for 3 weeks because I'm cutting. Like rn I'm stuck on 15kg and I can barely reach 15 reps so we'll see

yeah will prob train my neck, got a wide jaw so i guess it will just further halo it tbh.

i train neck and it makes the under chin pop out like if you have a double chin
