We can agree that age has it very harsh on the eye area. Even a good eye area can suffer from this.
Sunglasses and/or sunscreen can help protecting from UVA damage.
On the other hand, retin-A may backfire, due to fat loss, especially on upper eye. On the under eye area it is still a myth, but can problably have negative impact on some people.
Diet and less time in front of screens can also be beneficial long term. Ice exposure also have anti-aging effect in many regions of the body.
Can you share what we should do to help protect eye area youthfulness.
