We can agree that age has it very harsh on the eye area. Even a good eye area can suffer from this.

Sunglasses and/or sunscreen can help protecting from UVA damage.
On the other hand, retin-A may backfire, due to fat loss, especially on upper eye. On the under eye area it is still a myth, but can problably have negative impact on some people.
Diet and less time in front of screens can also be beneficial long term. Ice exposure also have anti-aging effect in many regions of the body.

Can you share what we should do to help protect eye area youthfulness.

Peptides may be good too. For topical i was thinking about starting adipofill, it was mencion in another topic here.
Adipofill has been studied to stimulate fat on the area of application, that can be good to prevent sagginess from fat loss. It also prevents wrinkles, so its maybe a better option, but more difficult to find, at least in Europe.

Any product that you use on your skin take it up to your eye area. A lot of companies say "avoid eye area" on their products and then just happen to sell an eye cream at double the price for half the amount of product lmao

Retinol, Peptides and SPF. Will anti-age that area like nothing else. Dermaroll with 0.25 every other week as well.
