how many calories are you on currently?Yeah. This time hasn't been bad though cause I wasn't eating very much before starting the cut anyways.
intermittent fasting with fasted cardio + yohimbine is the way to go imo. Not as hungry doing it that way and you can eat better foods later in the day.
I'm guessing around 1500-2000. I'm doing cardio this time though + have more lean mass so my tdee would be higher.how many calories are you on currently?
