like for the last 1.5 years not going to gym regularly,eating like utter shit with lots of pasta bread junk food coke,not supplementing anything,
last 7 months started smoking weed and drinking alcohol and doing drugs after not doing so for 3 4 years.sleep schedule is shit too total LDAR lifestyle.
probably only positive things i do are skincare and chewing from time to time.
ANYONE ELSE?

I eat like utter shit but just because Of accutane and exercise my body and face have become way more attractive.Jfl at alcohol and smoking cut that shit.It makes you a loser in some social situations but dont give a fuck and do what is right for you
