I just ordered a red light lamp, 630 strength.

Has anyone here done it before? Did you get good skin gains? My skin looks like absolute shite RN, my retin-a has gone bad. Looking for collagen copes while my new retin-a arrives and this seems perfect. Can you do it every day? I feel like walking around with god-tier skin 24/7 would be amazing af.

It's way more effective at producing collagen, way faster, doesn't have UV so no premature aging, and can be used whenever (the sun isnt always out)

Antibiotis are good for acne but dont do shit for skin tone and hyperpigmentation which is what I have
