Reduce salt - At least 600mg of sodium, 700-750 would be ideal for a start, then you can adjust later to a higher one after losing bloat (salt is 40% sodium; sodium != salt)
Reduce sugar - 0g sugar. you dont fucking need sugar. but because its pretty much in all foods nowdays you can get away with maybe 2-3g
Increase water intake
Stop drinking alcohol
Cold showers/ ice masks
Reduce bodyfat
Cardio
Atrophy buccinators - They are most likely not the problem
+ Eat low carb, under 20g net carbs per day

I lost 30lbs+ and my facial bones are looking pretty sharp, yet I have a borderline beer belly. Only way I can make it work is if I build muscle.
