I tried making hair more wavy by twisting with a flat iron but it becomes so dry and doesnt really work properly

thinking of buying a curling iron now, i want more wavy fringe. Is it legit and how long does it last each time? And will the waves disappear if you run your hand through the hair

I have like 32mm waves and i want 25-19mm

yes but usually to get curls like the dude in the pic that you want it to be like then just get your hair permed

I heard its not good for your hair. I doubt it could cause any severe damage but it prolly isnt worth it. My hair is naturually pretty wavy and gets wavier the longer I go without washing. Using conditioner and having it styled in a wavy way while it dries will also give that effect.

Dont use a curling iron instead use a straightener and curl with your wrist. Youll get that wave.
Dont overdo it cuz you could burn your hair off
