if you're gonna buy psychedelics buy etizolam or some type of benzo to kill the trip if you need to. research chemicals from the clear net are preferable to benzos off the dark net because they work almost the same and benzos could be pressed or cut with some shit, research chemicals are legal and you know what they are.

Free VPN's aren't "free", they sell your info. You end up risking more than without it, your ISP probably doesn't care what your looking at, but the VPN Chinese datamines probably do.
Just use TOR and Tails OS, and preferably a public library/cafe/gaming place wifi connection.
Worst things worst, with just the first two you should be fine.
Just disable JS and keep your browser resolution small (and other stuff to preserve anonymity)
