Or is it just cope and only test injections work?
 
Workout and eat a lot of good fat and no sugar/white flour
 
the standard ones like lifting and sleeping is not just cope, but all the supplements are :) is the short answer

where did i say 3 times per day? i say take the amount 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil with ur food once a day.
 
Most people are eating things they are allergic or intolerant to, this causes inflammation. Many people eat lots of shit inflammatory food like sugar and high omega 6 processed plant oils. Pretty much everyone should do a keto/carnivore elimination diet and reintroduce foods from there to minimize inflammation and become fat adapted which is indicated for health imo.

Does rubbing those suppliments onto your area work? It's snowing most of the day usually so there is little sunshine.
 
I eat 90-95% of my calories from fatty red meat and have for years and my CRP is 0, sed rate is perfect.
How old are you? You realize genetics play a factor right? Plus keep eating like that. That's on you.

Im late 20s. I used to have chronic inflammation when I ate plant based.

Gymcelling does NOT increase T forver, only during and a bit after exercising.

OP, only way to do it is steroids, you cannot do any more than your genes allow.

T is cope though unless its really high. If its really high, you will drop your bf easily and you can easily grow muscles, including your facial ones

some supplements increase the testosterone by 1%, but only for people with extremely low T-levels
