Given that you can only do HT at 25 and most of the people have dough for any other cosmetic procedures at this age. Even LASIK which can be done at 18 is still recommended to hold off and still costs plenty (and not sure all blue pilled parents will help you with this financially). RE CLL - pretty sure it also requires a later age. As per face implants (jaw/chin/etc.) - not sure on age, but pretty sure you need to be an adult, and it's still not cheap.
Looks like if your puberty didn't do it's job at 15 you can have another one at 25 when you know you won't change any more but you have money to force this changes
