It was a lefort 3 the projection they gave her was fucking insane tbqh it was like 15 to 16 mm they didn't say that but you can phyically see it

is is impossible to give a lefort projection for more than around 7 to 8mm

when you have a lefort they cut HALF of your lateral orbital bone ( which is connected to your zygo).
from the side profile, this bone alone is around 11mm MAX
if you move half of it 16mm, then it will be 4 to 5mm far from the upper bone (supraorbital)
how are they gonna be connected JFL

it depends on the surgeon of course. it isnt as risky as people make it do be. Imo lefort 1 is more risky. however after you get od you need a good amount of recovery
