It's impossible to have an actual baby face when your face is lean, angular with proper bone development, bite and skull length (basically all male models.) 20-25 year old male models look 18 - 25 while babyfaced 20 something year olds often look 15.

A true babyface refers to small, recessed and rounded facial bones (forehead, cheekbones, jaw) like that of prepubescent children, usually with high facial fat due to high estrogen, no bone support, small skull and bones, etc., all of this is usually accompanied with a narrow curved neck, prominent occipital bone and small frame in general making you look like a kid/teenager even when your face is not visible.
