there is no "best" amount of forward growth. The more you have the higher your psl will be.

There is a genetic limit to how much forward growth you can have,

Once you reach that limit you cant grow anymore forward

There’s probably not even a human on earth that has met that cap because the only way to get it would be 24/7 tongue on roof of mouth during 0-18 unless youre eating or drinking or talking, and then mainting that after 18 till you die.

Just get as much forward growth as possible and harmonize the growth
