dont do powerlifting style programs, legs need to be trained, but not prioritised

for aesthetics deltoid muscles are most important. any program that doesnt prioritise it as much is not a good program for looksmaxing

ive been preaching david laids program as it works wonders for me, but some other programs are id recommend are vitruvian physique's ultimate hypertrophy and kinobodies programs

yeah, it's risky. But neck can halo your entire face. If you're not training neck there's almost no point in gymceling unless it's to help you cut calories. Body is cope

u will not look aesthetic after a beginner 5x5 squat x3/week routine unless your genetics are good

Ppl is a good starting point, u can do legs 1-2 times a week depending on ur goals, but push and pull x2 week

No point of optimizing further ur gains will depend on how well u do the exercises + diet + genetics

Bulking is usually enough to get a larger neck. Neck size increases with overall body mass imo.
