Best martial art for self defence?

boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, kick boxing, french boxing, pepper spray and running (because avoiding a fight is the best way not to get injured)

i don't do anything half heartedly. But yh, pepper spray is good just run away after you use it - in the uk it is classed as a firearm. crazy right - they would rather use get stabbed or robbed then use a pepper spray
