best way to widen lips

Is it Sarpe ? I mean it's better than MSE when you have already wide zygos, because MSE will widen your zygos too much and alter your harrmony.
Is there anything else that has no downside aesthetically wise?
Can we gain like 4mm each side without side effects with it?

50$ on Amazon. Dont buy the cheap ones because they always fucking break within a couple of days.

if it bothers you then you can get a revision for the scars but not worth it imo.

This is an example of scarring eppley gave, not a real issue to me but maybe you feel differently
