True.

I have a subhuman beak nose with a deviated septum, and a comically recessed lower third.

I also have an exit strategy from looking so pitifully subhuman.

Interesting, I was hoping to do just a BSSO, because Bimax is so costly and recovery also more challenging.

Yeah, I think Bimax is double jaw surgery- both mandible and maxilla. While a BSSO is just lower jaw surgery on your mandible.

It's not really over because you can get double jaw surgery. Shit-tier orbital bones/under eye support and weak cheekbones are harder to change IMO.

I was expecting much, much worse than this... to me he looks like a normal basketball player. His lower third is a bit weak but it still looks in the 'average' range to me. I bet at his height being a Bball player he gets a handful of women.
