Asians can have defined noses (although rare) They can also have mouth areas and skin tone that is close to white people. But the only guaranteed difference is that it is almost impossible to see an ASian with a defined browridge. This also makes their eyes seem more shallow. The browridge of caucosids makes the eyes seem more deep in that in certain lightings it will look like there is a black shadow cast over the eye

some whites have the monolid like asians (hooded eyes) but they look different because of different browridges and suoraorbital bones
