For those who dont know me im the famous sixcry who tried filmer himself

So il maybe getting BIMAX but thé problem is how do i get ccw if i dont have gummy smile?!!

I wouldn't get CCW if you don't need it. Consult a maxfac surgeon. We have one on here as well.

I will assume you said

"The point is im afraid bimax without ccw won't improve my jawline"

Anyway, CCW is just a mechanic used for certain cases, if your case doesnt indicate it then it wont be beneficial to you. if anything it can make things worse. Speak to several maxfac surgeonns and they will tailor a plan for you.

My case involves Clock wise (CW) rotation as I have a short face.
