just go to the gym regulary, eat healthy (without obsessing over it and becoming an aspie gymcelfag who doesnt goes to parties anymore and only eat self cooked meals bc muh gainz) and you will see what happens

there is no point in comparinh yourself to anyone except yourself

I think one of the advices on your thread was to gymcel and be that one asian gymcel.
You will get plenty big tbh. Big enough to be masc and bloat a little bit to seem even bigger. Natty limit is high enough for most, considering even people who go to the gym are pretty skinny imho

What you can do naturally is extremely person dependent. You cant just look at some natural guy and think you can do the same. It's called genetics. Just give it your best and see where it gets you. Although you can most definitely look a lot better than you do currently. You can get much leaner and bigger without drugs
