[bodybuilding] the solution for hardgainers

an actual hardgainer is a guy who can't increase his mass, even if he eats a lot.
I was 58kg when I started bodybuilding in Spring 2016. after some months I saw good results. unfortunately in January 2017 my body-weight and my lifting perfomances stopped increasing.
At the time I used to eat 7 times a day, about 3500 calories, but I couldn't reach 65kg. (143lb)
I tried desperately increasing calories with orange juice and fat meat but nothing happened. 4 months ago, in September I was going to give up bodybuilding, when I realised a glass of olive oil contains 2000 calories. So I started drinking a shot of extra-virgin olive oil a day, and began to increase it progressively.
incredibly my muscles started growing again, while my lifting strength and endurance grew continuously.
Now I drink 6 shots of olive oil a day and my weight is 73kg (+9kg in 4 months);
obviously I accumulated some body fat but I will remove it in my next cutting.
extra virgin olive oil is very healthy, in fact I have very low colestherol levels even if almost half of my calorie intake comes from fat.

wut mate ? do you even know how to bulk ?
my stomach would explode if I tried to eat 5500 calories of white rice a day.
I need 5500 calories a day and I can't eat 17 portions of white rice

Not a bad idea for skinnyfags. A shot of healthy monounsaturated fat won't hurt you tbh.

I'd use good wuality butter or tallow instead tbh. Coconut oil if you cant find those.
you are wrong:
olive oil consists of 70% good fat (Monounsaturated fat)
butter is 20% good fat
coconut oil is 5.8% good fat
tallow is 50% good fat.
the only good alternative to olive oil is peanut oil/butter, which consists of 55% good fat

Saturated fat is good for you my dude. Animal fat has fat soluble vitamins in it that are not present in plant oils. The point of eating coconut oil is that it has a higher percentage of saturated fat.

I might need this tbh. Been hitting a size plateau despite being on 600mg per week test e. Still getting stronger tho.

when I complayed about my fast metabolism with my doctor, she said it's normal for young people having a fast metabolism, then she squeezed my thyroid and realized it has a normal shape.
So I can't get thyroid inhibitor drugs.
the only solution for me is taking 3000 additional calories from olive oil.

How fast do you guys gain weight? I've been stuck on 79kg for almost a month
if you are a novice, during your bulking season you may gain 3kg a month.
If you have been training for a long time, your gains will be slower (1kg a month).
during your cutting season you should lose 4kg a month.
if you can't increase your mass during bulking season, increase the calories:
eat carbohydrathes and fat more frequently during the day or drink oil as I do
