mse might lengthen your lips a very small amount but it probably wont upturn them, what you need is palate expansion for your cluttered teeth, so like marpe and a lip lift for your lips

MARPE doesn't affect maxilla? I don't need a lip lift my lips are already upturned.

Will MSE even widen cheekbones to a noticeable extent? I've looked into it a lot. Haven't seen a good before/after except for Ronald Eads which are promising but not identical conditions in the b4/after.

Does anyone have pictures of a good MSE result?
