Day 1: 6,100 calories
Day 2: 200 calories (2 Coffees)
Day 3: 300 calories (3 Coffees)
Day 4: Repeat cycle again

My logic is that day 1 you eat whatever the fuck you want; preferably have a big workout in the morning and smash the muscles you’re working on..

Then you can feast till night.

usually day 2, u shouldnt be hungry

Day 3, you will be hungry but should be fine knowing u can pig out later on in the day.
 
Sounds decent to me. Whatever you can actually stick to is best. I have trouble with a sustained deficit with no breaks.

Why not even it out a bit more by including protein on days 2 and 3, so you can still have amino acids coming in to support muscles. Something like this:

Day 1 5000 kcal
Day 2 200 kcal coffee + 500 kcal protein shakes
Day 3 300 kcal coffee + 500 kcal protein shakes

Same calorie deficit over the 3 days but probably more muscle sparing and more enjoyable.
