Day 1: 6,100 calories
Day 2: 200 calories (2 Coffees)
Day 3: 300 calories (3 Coffees)
Day 4: Repeat cycle again
My logic is that day 1 you eat whatever the fuck you want; preferably have a big workout in the morning and smash the muscles you’re working on..
Then you can feast till night.
usually day 2, u shouldnt be hungry
Day 3, you will be hungry but should be fine knowing u can pig out later on in the day.
Day 2: 200 calories (2 Coffees)
Day 3: 300 calories (3 Coffees)
Day 4: Repeat cycle again
