Depends what kind of flaws you have. Not everything can be easily fixed. And no, you wont become a model from plastic surgeries unless you have overall model tier face already besides 1 or 2 specific drawbacks that can be corrected with surgery

Legit. Facial harmony can be tricky to fix.

Your best best would probably be to try to aim for the golden ratio mask as a template but even then, some ratios, such as the midface, can't be fixed. . You also have to make sure to choose a surgeon that won't make you look fake.
