Can you get cuck eyes from ptosis surgery?

I’m scared that my eyes will look more rounded because I would get getting the upper eyelid tightened and that would make it appear more rounded.

Would ptosis surgery make my eyes look more “open” and “cucky”?

There's a good chance it could be over corrected like mine was, still think it looks alot better than before tho.
