Hi

Does changing my computer monitor's colors to 0 blue, 0 green, and full red have any effect at all? I already use f.lux, a program that changes the brightness/color of your screen based on the time of day, and what time you usually go to sleep to block out blue light, but would making my screen red have any benefits or downsides?

Well I figure that since I spend a lot of time infront of a monitor every day, I might as well make the most of it, if possible. Or at least minimize the downsides.

only turn on night light 2-3 hrs before bed so it does not mess with your circadian rhythm. Having blue light is beneficial during the day as it increases wakefulness.

My monitor has been in a constant 60-100% red tint since December.

Feels much better.

So if I go full red(tard) I can disable flux? Would that be better than using flux or what?
