Clavicles/ribcage grow past 16?

Both my brother and father have very wide bideltoids (easily above 22 inches with little muscle) whereas I have a slightly below average frame considering my height. I'm 16 and don't have any facial/chest hair. Will my frame improve or will I be stuck with a fag frame.

Yeah it grows until 21. Not the same as height.

Yes but don't expect massive growth if you don't take hgh.
