Ever since I started using this shit my smile has never been so fucking good, don't over use it other wise you will fuck up your Enamel tho

I still use toothpaste for my daily routine, but this definitely helps

100%. As others have said, only use it only before a night out/date/social gathering.

It’s abrasive - it literally erodes off any staining. But use it too often and it’ll just do the same to your enamel.

I've started using baking soda every second day. Should theoretically do the same thing. Hopefully get some results from it cause I've tried swishing hydrogen peroxide and crest strips with little to no results.
