yeah, cold showers are a meme, i know, but do they improve hair and skin quality? and are there negative effects?
we are all going to make it! look at the positive side, at least you have better hair...Yea tbh
Much better then before
Or I’m just coping idk but it’s better now and even girls complimented it
But I’m sub-6
So it does not matter
no, it's john. why?Your name is Stan?
i finished a 6 month isotretinoin course 4 months ago, and my hair is still kinda dry, so i'm going to try itIt definetly improved my hair. I'm on isotretinoin so idk about skin yet
I’m gonna kmsi do it for her
and it's all about her
god knows she gives me more than i deserve
every thought i think
every breath i breathe
everything that i hold dear to me
revolves around one simple little word
Je m’en bat les couilles potoi just got out of one
This tbhDerm told me when I was on accutane that hot showers dry out your skin more and to avoid them, but that might have been situational advice. I know if you wash your hair with cold water it seals the cuticle if you have frizzy hair and makes it more manageable. You just have to rinse it with cold water last. It's why there is a cool setting on blow dryers for the same reason.
