Completely enraged. Face sides (masseter area) completely bloated and round again despite diet. Rest of the face completely sharp

I was happy last week due to the posibility of finally getting rid of masseter bloat but it came again and this time its lasting much more than other times. it doesnt makr fucking sense my cheeks are completely lean if you see my face in 3/4 perspective it looks super gaunt yet only the sides of my face near the ears are totally bloated. its just not logical, and its the WORST area to get bloat. if you see my face 3/4 with comolete flat lightning I look super lean. if you see it front view with some light ing I look super lean. Yet if you looked at my face feont view with a flat (silhouette) lightning I look obese. not only overweight or fat but obese due to masseter area being super round and actually sticking out being the widest part of face.

im just desperate at this point. how can I have hollow cheeks and sharp jawline but randomly some days be obese-level bloated in the fucking masseter area. Doesnt make any fucking sense. and im now at a loss, seeing mos thst its almost completely unrelated to normal diet based bloat, so it seems to be completely out or my control. today I have super concave cheeks visible in every lig ti g combined with obese guy face sides, its ridiculous.

no this shit is not diet based. i recover my concave cheeks always 1 day after cheat day. the masseter bloqt appears to be completely random. in fact this week I respected diet more and have more comcave cheeks ye6 5 times more bloqted masseters.

I already told it in tur OP. its not buccal fat I have totally concave cheeks today. its bloat ghat is ONLY in the area that goes from tje ear to the jaw corner, at the back of the jaw where the masseter connects with the upper skull. I am ONLY blosged there. Rest of the face is completely sharp

Maybe consider fillers or implants to sharpen the jaw angle a bit and strech out the bloat making it less noticeable?

itbwould make it worse. I already have a decentlu sharp kaw angle. one thing that gives away thr possible cause is tjat if I clench my jaw all the bloated area becomes completely hard like filled with the masseter. but I dont know jow to reduce masseter size
