I jutted my jaw like this.

Obviously whilst mewing. I can feel the stretch and growth at the TMJ area. I have zero tmj issues so far, 3 months in and have notice jaw growth. I have check before and after pictures and this is legit.

Try it for 6 months and see if it works for you. I put additional pressure on the base of my chin to ensure rotation occurs of my mandible. This is how it is meant to grow. Downwards and forwards (rotation).
