I'm satisfied with my push and leg day gym routine. I can't, however, find a good pull day routine.

Would someone be willing to share their pull day routine, please?

It will indeed be rewarded with reactions 😳

Barbell row
Pull ups
T bar row
lat pull down for high reps
Incline curls
Preacher curls

I don’t like deadlifts that’s why I designed my workout with that in mind

No gy.....ok, its about time to stop this
My routine is as follows: run around the house for some minutes
Then do as much push ups and squats as I can
Then I understand that there is no workout for your face
Its over

Barbell rows
Lat pulldown
One hand dumbell rows
Shrugs
EZ Bar bicep curls
Hammer curls

I do 3x8-12 for the back exercises
4x8-12 for the bicep

You can change shrugs for whatever like facepulls and shit

What i do is one day i do barbell rows and the other pull day i do deadlifts
Deadlifts once a week is more than enough, at least some certified trainer told me that since its really taxing and you can get an injury easily

The barbell row is 3x8 or 5x5?

Im supposed to do heavy barbell rows like 5x5 but i dont really do it and just go for as many reps as possible in the 8-12 range
Barbell row is one of the best if not the best back exercise, so i mostly do it for hypertrophy

I don't deadlift for a few reasons.

Weighted Chinups (you can replace with pullups if you want)
Barbell Rows
Barbell Curls (with straight bar, ezbar if your forearms hurt a lot)
Hammer Curls
Shrugs
Dumbbell Rows

I would do lat pulldowns as well if I owned the machine.
