Does the laxitive really stop you from absorbing the food? I haven't heard of that before. Being on anavar would help too cause it would block some fat storage and send more of the calories to muscle and glycogen and stuff.

Gunna Binge eat Saturday, prolly 5000 calories, gunna eat most of them post workout and ill take a laxative right afterwards.

Srs you need more protein especially now that you're on anavar and can really make use of it. Stop cutting on junkfood, save that for when you bulk.

IM going to eat around 3000-3500 Calories today, Pretty fcking hungry ngl




Tommorow Im going to start this new routine where I train everyday with a 2 mile run post workout with heavy emphasis on ab training. Calories are going to be 1000 mainly consisting of chicken breast. So Pretty much 5 days a week I eat 1000 calories then the other 2 days, I eat 3000 Calories. Im still going to keep clen on 50mcg.




anyway heres some update pics, no pump, taken in the morning.
