Because not everyone is such high IQ proven nutrition coach like you.

Honestly. I became skeptical towards every diet tbh.
After a nice discussion with @freakofnature , I realized that every diet has its downs. And concluded that a Mediterranean diet with occasional meat is the ideal.

Did you cehck the files? What do they say
The videos inform you do's and dont's of diet, from energy balance, macronutrients to troubleshooting. You pop your details in the .excel file (height, weight, cm etc) and it calculates how much you should eat to get to the bf% you want and what diet is recommended/progress help, I've never seen this before and I have no idea how they did it (amazing).

The guy is a nutritional coach that has worked with natural bodybuilders, he is the guy.

Cringe, you will not gain weight on a calorie deficit no matter what. It's how humans work. It's not rocket science
