Easiest looksmax you can ever do is getting a nice restful 8 hours of sleep on a clean pillowcase and without looking at blue light too soon before going to bed.
If I get terrible sleep not only do I feel like dogshit in the morning, but I look like it too. Getting bad sleep nukes testosterone and collagen and makes you retain more water leading to facial bloat.
It's also important to sleep on a clean pillowcase and sheets. If I forget to wash my pillowcase I will sometimes wake up with pimples that I didn't have the night before.
Go to bed.
