i read the article, and a lot of points there are related to progressive ideology, not socialist one. Green new deal goes against true socialism which prioritizes efficiency and being progmatic. It has is privatized and limited im0lementation of what you consider socialist doesnt make it so, it is epitome of capitalism and progressivism, in short, neoliberalism. It is a shithole due to reasons I outlaid before, immigration, terrible city planning and absence of a safety net.

Also gulags we’rent that bad, they provided food and you only worked for 8 hours. USA is a much bigger, degenerate shithole than USSR ever was.

yeah my grandparents remember the USSR well, it was a very different time but the cultural developmeant and life was peaceful and simple compared to USA.
