Legit I stood up after I woke up and automatically fell down in my bed :feelswhy:

No point in overexcersing because then you can’t workout the next day or day after.

Sit-ups aren't even good for targeting your core since they target your hip flexors heavily as well and they're bad for your spine as well.
You're better off doing leg raises or knee raises on the bar.
