if ur sub 6'6" why even bother
 
Are you doing them at the end of workouts or in the beginning while your fresh?
I do 10-15min HIIT 2x/week and directly after 3 sets of them, wdya

Just wondering your method, I usually hang or invert after any strength/hiit work but thought perhaps inverting first could be an option due to the priority principle
