Even 1cm gain would be worth it if it worked.
I'm doing them 2-3x/week 3 sets 8-10 reps in my workouts and will see if I gain anything in the next few months

I do 10-15min HIIT 2x/week and directly after 3 sets of them, wdyaAre you doing them at the end of workouts or in the beginning while your fresh?
