Here's a quote;
"Fundamentally orthodontic issues come from the degradation of the human diet. Without the proper nutrients and minerals, our cranial structure, jaw, face, and teeth don’t develop properly"

Do you know understand the importance of diet and nutrients? If you do not here's evidence from an orthodontist named Weston A. Price.

This is what your diet should consist of if your age ranges from 3 - 17 yrs old:
EAT DON’T EAT
Grass-produced Meats Cereal Grains
Fish/Seafood Legumes
Fresh Fruits and veggies Dairy
Eggs Refined Sugar
Nuts and seeds Processed Foods
Healthful oils (Olive, walnut, flaxseed, macadamia, avocado, coconut) Salt
Refined vegetable oils
Potatoes

Race and Facial Attractivity;

Children born to parents who had adopted the so-called civilized diet had crowded and crooked teeth, narrowed faces, deformities of bone structure and reduced immunity to disease. Price concluded that race had nothing to do with these changes.

While mixed race children whose parents had consumed traditional foods were born with wide handsome faces and straight teeth.

Yes it's true. I would have been better if I had been well-nourished in my childhood. But mouth breathing is worse than soft diet.

You would get the salt from the other food which should be consumed like;
Grass-produced Meats
Fish/Seafood
Fresh Fruits and veggies
Eggs

Primitive tribes and different nationalities values of organ meats

Hunter-gatherers always ate the organ meats of the game they killed–often raw. Liver was held to be sacred by many African tribes. The Eskimos and many Indian tribes put a very high value on fish eggs.

True I had mostly sweets as a kid

Fuck explains so much I'm irish
This also explains those kids who are athletic and attractive, if you ever have a kid feed him/her these foods I informed you about.

Wish I ate clean healthy foods throughout my childhood and teens tbh rather than crappy processed shit

You should avoid most commercial dairy products because they are highly processed and contain emulsifiers, synthetic vitamin D (toxic), sweeteners.

If you want to consume dairy you should opt for raw dairy products + If you have acne don't drink milk as it makes it worse.

Measure your intermolar width and if it is below 40 you will need to use an palate expander. You shouldn't worry about turning 17 because you will see changes rather slowly than those who start between the range. Here's what you could have been looking like if you started at an younger age.

Notice all these individuals have very wide faces and white straight teeth, genetics play a smaller role in the facial structure of an individual. You still have time use my advice and you might slightly resemble them.

In the book he sees people who eat (quality)dairy in excellent health,So why’s it bad?

Thats cool and all but no one is this forum is gonna have kids lmao

There's a very distinct line between pasturised dairy and raw dairy, raw dairy consist of good bacteria which is needed for the dairy to become nutrient-dense. Pasturisered dairy has tons of pepsticides and growth hormone for the cows udders to grow so it isn't very healthy for our bodies to consume.

If you want to consume dairy only consume raw dairy and not commercial dairy.

Price isn't correct about everything about his claims, he does get some things right but I think he over prescribed the role vitamins have, in a time they were first discovered.
